Welcoming Our New Headteacher, Mrs Stella Gannon

Enfield Heights Academy is delighted to welcome Mrs Stella Gannon as our new Headteacher for the new academic year.

Mrs Gannon already knows Enfield Heights well. For nearly two years, she has worked with the school each week, supporting staff and helping the school to improve. She has already built strong relationships with the team and understands what makes our small school community special.

She brings more than 24 years of experience working in Enfield schools. Her previous roles include Interim Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, Safeguarding Lead and SENDCo, supporting children with additional needs.

She has also helped schools across North Star Community Trust improve teaching and develop new teachers.

Mrs Gannon said: “I am very excited for the journey ahead and look forward to working closely with you all as we continue to help every child thrive and shine.”

She is committed to ensuring every child feels known, valued and able to succeed. We are very excited about the journey ahead.
