Exploring African Music: An Enriching Workshop for Pupils

Pupils had a fantastic African music workshop with Storme and Angela from @Earthsong, a world music education company introducing unique instruments. They learned about African percussion & string instruments like the Kora of West Africa & the Begena of Ethiopia. The children delved into instrument construction, enjoyed traditional stories & songs, as well as dancing & performing rhythms of their own.
